Shipping & Returns


Shipping Cost: Shipping is free for order over $75. Orders below $75 are based on the size and  weight of the item.
Order Tracking: We will send you an email with tracking information after your order leaves our shop.
Delivery Time: We ship through USPS. Most domestic US orders will arrive at their destination within 5-8 business days.
Carbon Footprint: If you fall in love with multiple items, whenever possible we encourage you to place one larger order rather than multiple smaller ones.


Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you find that you need to return your item, please contact us directly at for assistance.
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Any taxes charged will be refunded according to state laws. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for the cost of the product plus taxes. If the item being returned was a gift, a store credit will be issued. We kindly ask that you take the time to properly pack fragile items with protective materials to ensure their safe arrival. Return items must arrive at Generous Intentions unused, damage and stain-free or they will not be eligible for a return or exchange. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. You’ll automatically be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.



If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at If your order has already shipped, then we will be unable to cancel the order and will need to treat the order as a return. However, if the order has not yet shipped, we will be happy to assist you with this request. 


Damages or Issues

We ask that our customers notify us of items that arrive damaged, are defective, or incorrect within 14 days of the receipt on the package. Please email us at If the item/items are still in stock, we will ship a replacement or a refund will be issued in the original form of payment. Please do not send back any damaged or defective products unless we’ve determined that it is necessary to do so. Visual proof of damaged items will be required.
